Weekend Itinerary (All in good fun in this section – just hypotheticals of course)

Friday Night – dinner w friends or co-workers out at either Kierland or Scottsdale Qtr and all the fabulous restaurants available.

Saturday Night – staying in for dinner but then meeting friends at The Americano or Ocean Club for drinks and possibly headed to Chauncey’s Social or The Living Room for late-night fun.

Sunday – brunch at Kierland followed by shopping with best friends at Scottsdale Qtr for upcoming planned travels.

Starter homes, young families, or historic-type communities. Most of North Scottsdale is very new by Arizona standards and pricing reflects just that as well as being surrounded by our most prestigious golf courses and homes with mountain views!
